Return Policy

At Trusted Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will take responsibility and send a replacement.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at care@carelinsupplies.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

  3. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery, and all items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Shipping Costs:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items or errors in our processing.

  • Original shipping charges, including those incurred from “free shipping” offers, are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns unless otherwise specified.

  • Items returned without the proper RMA number or to the wrong address will incur additional shipping charges and restocking fees.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us pictures of the damaged goods along with your order number. We will send replacements and cover return shipping costs for damaged items.

Return Address:

  • Returns must be sent to the designated warehouse after receiving your RMA number.
